The Photo Story:
Buddy Guy is another powerful name in music. His Chicago Blues style did not get the respect it deserved until more successful and younger musicians (Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Rolling Stones…) started producing work influenced by Guy’s unique style.

Ironic then, that I captured Buddy Guy in front of a packed audience on a secondary stage of a prominent Ottawa Music Festival. The headliner of the evening, on the main stage, was in a different music universe propped there by the cries of teen sensationalism! I captured both acts but returned as quickly as possible to soak up Buddy Guy along with the adoring blues fans!

The Print:
Giclée Printing is performed by renowned printer, Dave Andrews, who has worked on high profile print jobs including Canadian money! All prints are printed and inspected by Dave Andrews - on the rare occasion Dave is unavailable (everyone needs a vacation!) your print may be created by another masterful printer.
